“Why does the headset only have audio from one side? this is mainly for ps4 whenever I enable chat audio it disables the right side I'd like to know if there is a fix for this as I'd have to enable all audio in order to hear from both.”

You have to download the manual from the website, follow instructions. Cords are very specific; you cannot use any cord universally. I had the same problem; the cords are marked for specific device.
