• You are supposed to have a blue usb to plug in the actual audio jack for the mic.

• Hello Jessrond! The G PRO X Wired 7.1 Surround Gaming Headset should definitely come with a USB DAC Adapter in the box, it is normally located on the bottom right corner when you open up the box. You can still use the G Pro X Headset without the USB DAC Adapter through the 3.5mm jack connection, but you'd be missing out on all the extra features and sound customizations through the G Hub software on a PC. If you're positive if didn't include the USB Adapter, I would get it replaced by another one.
