Set it as your main audio device in device manager.

Please try again later.I use mine on Xbox and a laptop, I do not game on PC, check your audio settings you need to switch it to headset. 1- In the system tray, bottom right corner right click the speaker. 2- Open sound settings 3- On the screen look for output, choose output device, select headphone. If still having sound issues, make sure you have it plugged into the correct jacks.
