Logitech uses their own Romer-G switches. They sound quieter than the regular cherry switches but closer to the silent cherries. They also claim they last longer by about 20 million key strokes but depending on your amount of gaming that could be a year or so longer, 70 million key strokes vs the 50 million of the cherry mx.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Romer-G. I wouldn't say they're better, just different. Not worse though. After using several Cherry MX keyboards, I'd say these are like browns with less tactile feedback and an o ring installed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on your flavor. As far as durability goes, I've only had mine a few months. I suppose I have a million or so key types to get down to the bottom of that. As far as clicky-ness, they do make noise. Not as much as your cherry, so if that's a deal-breaker.... You get what I'm saying.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The keyboard uses Logitech's in-house Romer-G switch. Personally, I love the switch. Very low travel distance, relatively quiet. But it's impossible to use custom keycaps at all, which is a downside.
