“Does anyone know how thick the case is without the keyboard in place. I plan on leaving the keyboard at my desk while i walk around with ipad pro10.5, and then just come back to my desk when i need to snap on the keyboard for typing. Thanks”

Maybe half an inch total without the keyboard? I’d say the case adds about a quarter inch to the thickness of the iPad itself. I find it VERY EASY to detach keyboard and walk around. I use mine for restaurant work so this is important to me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The lid is to thick and slick, I am forever dropping this case and ipad because of the design. This was by far Logitech’s worse designed pad cover. All of the other one piece covers were much better. The keyboards could be folded behind, the cover profiles were thin and did not separate and fall to the floor. You will not like this cover.
