“Have the folio for a year with no problem. Suddenly it won’t sync with the iPad. I changed the batteries, so that is not the problem. Lights flash, the code comes on but will not allow it to continue. What can I do?”

Hello, try removing the Folio from your Bluetooth devices, turn off Bluetooth on both and then back on. Hope it helps.
