• Sync your keyboard to your iPad via bluetooth. Make sure bluetooth on your iPad is turned on, then click any button on the keyboard and it should pop up in your bluetooth tab, then just connect to it.

• Make sure your keyboard is turned on....green light on. Make sure the keyboard is charged. Do not leave Best Buy without having the salesperson set up your iPad on your keyboard and show you how it works. Saves you guessing what to do when you get home.
