• As long as there is an audio output for your TV via 3.5 mm jack then yes it will work. As for loudness. It is decently loud for a small room.

• It depends on the outputs your TV has. it works fine on my Dynex that has so many outputs I've used it as a TV and a computer monitor. But no it is not loud. I was listening to a baseball game and I could barely hear the announcers. Imagine if there was crowd noise.

• Yes as long as your TV has a 3.5mm audio jack (for headphones.) However, they are in no way loud enough for a TV. They are designed to be used on a computer in close proximity to the listener, and the subwoofer is a little on the anemic side.
