It's about the size of a carry on, so I doubt it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think it's made to fit in a suitcase, but then again, it depends on how big your suitcase is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This case is 15w x 21h x 10d when closed. If it does, there may not be room for much else in your suitcase. You should be able to use the drone case/backpack as a carry on. Check with your airline regs. Also check on the battery restrictions. Some drones use LiPo batteries.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The size specifications for the DroneGuard CS 400 are 38.1 x 25.5 x 55.7 cm (15.00 x 10.04 x 21.93 in). and is made from a material which the manufacturer (Lowepro) quotes as a "FormShell™ technology with lightweight, yet sturdy composite-shell construction that offers superior protection for gear without adding weight or bulk.".. I wouldn't consider this a true "hard case" as it does have some flexibility and limitations to its structure, but from personal experience of owning this product myself, I can say that it holds up to my expectations and does a perfect job carrying and protecting my drone (DJI Phantom 3) as a stand alone option for transport to and from my locations. However, I mainly drive to whatever location I'll be operating my drone, so the backseat or the trunk of my car is usually where I store it while en route. As for TRAVELING ON AN AIRLINE, the Lowepro CS 400's dimensions already most likely exceed the ability to fit inside of a standard suitcase. I would think that any suitcase you may have that could possibly fit the CS 400 inside of it, would exceed airline luggage specifications in the first place. I would suggest investing in a hardshell case made by companies such as SKB or Nanuk. They can be slightly more expensive as they provide the higher strengh and durability, but they are better suited for instances such as traveling via airlines in my opinion.
