This is a great case for the phantom 3, Quality construction with modern design features. Fits chopper with props on which is key. I don't store props in top lid slots because that contacts the cone tops of roters. A little large when worn as a backpack kind of looks as if your traveling to the moon.

This review is for the Lowepro - DroneGuard CS 400 Quadcopter Case - Black. The case is surprisingly sturdy for one without internal foam with cutouts. The shell is rigid and does not collapse. The interior is customizable for what goes where and the case itself is quite light-weight.

Obviously I shopped around for a back for my drone, I was hesitant to spend $149 on the 3DR drone case. However I noticed this for half that price and decided to give it a shot. It works great and my Solo travels with me safely on my adventures

I think the overall design of this pack is nice. However, it wouldn't work for me because i also need to back my go pro, gimbal and some other items when I am traveling. That is the only issue I have with it and that is why I had to return it. If you have a kid or just need it to hold your drone I think it does a good job especially if you can get it at a discount. You may look like a ninja turtle wanna be but for the price you really can't expect more.

This backpack works amazing. Go hiking with it quite a bit to get those hard shots. Holds everything nicely. I've got: 3 batteries, phantom 4, and a iPad Pro 9.7" and holds all very nicely.

It's a good case if you don't wanna spend the extra $ on a hard case. And it also keeps little eyes from seeing it!!

I bought a different case because with this case I had to take my drone all apart to fit it in. With my new hard case it has room for the drone with the propellers on, the batteries have their own compartment and will hold up to 4, and even extra propellers fit inside the case. With the new hard case everything has its own separate compartment and it's incased in foam. The case itself is hard like a briefcsase and its specifically for the phantom drones. With the low pro bag it doesn't look very secure and the Velcro comes undone. My wife now uses it to store her sewing fabric in.

My DJI Phantom 4 needed a mobile hanger... DJI customer service said the Phantom 4 go-pack was a good many weeks away... I opted for the Lowe Pro 400... What with the removable velcro dividers, it was lacking the rigid foam tight snug fit afforded by the DJI Phantom specific packs... BUT the Drone can be packed up quickly with the controller and accessories. Everything is reasonably secure in the protective pack and the propellers STAY ATTACHED during transit = NICE! Heavy duty zippers and good Lowe Pro quality throughout... The price is comparable and this 400 Drone pack accomplishes the intended objective nicely... I suspect that the DJI's snug fit rigid foam padding would make it a bit more bomb-proof but the Lowe Pro seems like a good alternative capable of housing other similar sized drones... NO regrets !

Good quality for the value. You can put in it everything related to your drone. I have a dji phantom 2 and it fits very well. Could have been nice to add a place for a computer.

I purchased this case along with the DJI Phantom 3 Advanced. This case has a main compartment for the craft to sit and be secured with a strap. It has a large compartment for the controller to be strapped down. It also has a zippered pouch with 3 separate compartments for accessories such as the charger, battery, & USB cables. It also has slots on the inner part of the lid to hold the propellers during transport. The case has a carry handle on one end and straps to wear as a backpack. The material is very durable and protects your craft & accessories very well.

I replaced my 3DR Solo with a Phantom 3 Pro and had to replace the bag as well. This is a 3rd party bag designed to fit most drones, and I've found it a great fit. Holds the Phantom, extra batteries, filters, iPad, and more, with room to spare.

This really is a great case. Very customizable to your personal gear. Each barrier and compartment can be arranged in any format you desire. It attaches to the case with a very strong Velcro and stays in place very well. I have an EMAX280 FPV racing frame with 6"props installed, and it fits great along with my Taranis radio, FatShark goggles, and various other gear. I still have trouble paying $150 for a case, but this case does very little wrong. With a Best Buy gift card, this was a no-brainer.

Case is the perfect size for the DJI phantom 3. Drone plus propellers and all accessories fit well within this case. Case is very good design with movable velcro inserts. Zipper is of high quality as well. Well constructed.

I really like this case. It's lightweight, very roomy and I have to say pretty good-looking. It has partitions that fasten with velcro so all the components can be fitted in and be pretty secure. It's not big enough to leave the propeller guards on, but that's okay with me...the case would be too big if it had to accommodate attached prop guards. The zippered compartment on the front is fine for papers and such, but too tight of a fit for a laptop...at least my laptop. All in all, a very sturdy, well-made case. I highly recommend it.

I can say that this works perfect for me I don't normally use it for a back pack though and is bulky but it's light weight hold my drone perfectly with props on and has room for charger batteries controller and more very happy with it for the phantom drone if have a smaller drone is probably over kill unless you want camera equipment and all in one but is good for what I do

Light weight and sturdy. Made me feel pretty good that my equipment was adequately protected.

The feature I was most enthused about was that I could leave my blades intact. Plenty compartments and storage for batteries, tablet, tools, etc.

This is a generic case for carrying almost any drone. I have a Traxxas Aton Plus drone and wanted to find a case. I found this case and it fits my drone perfectly. The case holds a drone, the drone controller, plus any special accessory that goes with the drone. Plus it has elastic hold-downs for spare blades and a pocket to hold any paperwork (like your drone license) that you want to carry. I highly recommend this case to anyone looking for a case to carry almost any type of drone. I do recommend that if you can pre-fit your drone and the extra components that you have prior to purchasing the case. This case can be used either like a backpack or you can carry by the handle attached to case.
