• No you can get it put in your account online and in person if you want it that way. It is just easier to get it on line

• If you pre-ordered the game, the $10 will show up in your account 2 weeks after you picked it up or was “delivered” to your door. BUT make sure you logged into your account when you checked out and NOT “check out as guest”. Or offered your phone number if you ordered in-store. $10 is sent to a membership not a guest account. I know this because I’m an employee of 2 years.

• I usually redeem my Best Buy Certificates in store, I don't think you can redeem them for online purchases. But if you want to try just log in on your Best Buy Account and see if you can redeem the $10 online too.
