“Why does it take best buy's ship to store little over a week when item is in their warehouse less than 2 hours away? No option to pickup at warehouse when ordering. A few days later, i saw at warehouse & could pick up there, option to change was grey.”

• I picked mine up at the store after I received an email that got me thinking about upgrading.
