What year is this MacBook? null

I believe this model was new in 2020. The M2 machines are now the latest and greatest but many reviews have suggested that the M1 might be the Best Buy if you’re considering a basic model as I did. The M1 is definitely a much capable more machine than needed for just basic things that I use it for
