“Can you add another SSD, or are you stuck with only 1TB?”

• At the moment, even the standard setup with “only 1TB” is hard to come by and on backorder! So, though special orders of 2, 3, & 4TB drives are possible, it’ll be a while in coming. Initially, I wanted a 2TB Drive, but when I saw that by adding it, I’d have to wait an extra month(!!!), I went for 1TB! On the plus side, that saved me $400, which I’m putting toward more cloud (which was already becoming a necessity), a few USB-C thumb drives (which I kinda needed to get anyway), and possibly another external drive. And that still leaves me with some of that $400 left! :-)

• Not unless you pay Apple to install them for you at exuberant prices. Look at the price of a Crucial P3 4TB SSD on Best Buy…$225. And it’s read/write speeds are displayed below….
