No. And this was frustrating because I did everything I was supposed to do in the store. But there seemed to be an issue with their system. Because of this, I had to make the order online and use a giftcard for my trade in. But because I had to do the order online, it wouldn't apply the pre order bonus. I did not have time to go back and forth with best buy about the bonus $10, so I just covered it myself.
