No ... the enhanced version has some different capabilities .. you can upgrade to it though through your xbox

Xbox One X games are not separate games. If a title is enhanced for the "X," it works on any Xbox One, but the enhancements will happen only on the "X".

There was an ultimate edition, but the cover had gold trim. You probably got the answer by now, but at launch their usually 40 bucks more and not worth it. They make far fewer copies of ultimate editions and they do tend to sell out by hard core Madden gamers.
