I still have yet to receive the email with the digital code. I called and was told there was a problem with the game and got a refund and they reordered the game and still nothing. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had trying to buy a product.

You should be able to go to the game in the Microsoft store and click on it. It should then give you the option to click play.

Same thing happened to me! I contacted coustomer support and got my money back.
