Will the game ship on 8/16 or will I receive it on 8/16 ? null

I sure didn’t Best Buy is doing bait and switch and telling you you’ll get it only to get it 3 days later and now they have your money you can’t go buy sat a local store they’re wrong

I've ordered MANY games from Best Buy (probably 50 or more), and I can say this. MOST of the time you will get it ON release date. They do NOT guarantee this though. I've had a few occasions where it came a day or two late, and a few occasions where it came a day BEFORE release date.
