“I had exactly same machine with another brand.. But it's broken now and the company said they cannot replace the broken part because machine is discontinued.. So my question is if I have any problems with this machine will you be able to fix it..?”

Aloha, I've not encontered a problem with this brand in order to give you a 100% answer on this question. BUT with this product came with a manual along with the part numbers, so I GOOGLED the part numbers and all of it could be bought from other vendors from places like Lowe's, etc. depending on what the part is. There's only several parts that couldn't though like the button screen and the washer tub, but if this was what's wrong it would be better to get a new one anyways as the cost with shipping out weighs the new price. The other smaller parts are easier to obtain. Hoped this helps!
