Can this printer use Hatchbox PLA 1.75mm filament? null

Hello, We highly recommend using MakerBot filament due to the quality and tuning of our materials to the printer. You can print with 3rd party filaments at your own discretion but we cannot guarantee the same results as with our own material.

Yes, but the built-in spool holder won't hold it. There's a great spool holder on thingiverse that hangs off the side. I recommend using the "mirror" one and placing it on the right side of the printer while running the filament up and into the same opening filament on the factory spool runs through to go through the tubing to reach the extruder. Once the spool routing is complete, you may need to alter some of the print settings to optimize for their filament. I've had great results with 3D Fuel brand filament in these using factory settings.
