Yes, it does. You just have to make sure your turntable is equipped with a moving magnet (MM) phono cartridge, if it has a moving coil (MC) cartridge, you will need a MC head amp or a step-up transformer. The reciever also comes with an earth terminal (SIGNAL GND).
