I thought that I don’t need to buy the base game? null

This is a course add on to the original game to play new courses added. You must own the original game. Once this is purchased through the original game the new tracks are automatically opened. Note that some will not be released until 2023

Well, for any game, you need to have the base game to play the DLC. You can buy it but you can't access it without the game
