Digital is nice because you don't need to carry or keep track of physical game cartridges.

Please try again later.Physical cartridges can be sold if you change your mind about the game or finish playing it, but digital purchases are forever (or at least until Nintendo stops supporting the eshop). Digital games can be downloaded to your switch and you don't need to carry around the carts to play them, but you also need a lot more hard drive space for that. I like to buy physical games when I don't know for sure if I want to keep a game, then I buy the digital if I like it enough to be in my "permanent" collection.

Either game is good, one you actually have an actual game, while the other is available only on digital. I prefer to have the actual cartridge so that my grandson can play it any where with anyone.
