Does this work on carpet? null

According to what Nintendo has told the press, it's designed to work on some carpets, but may not work on all. It seems their primary concerns with functionality are particularly long or thick carpets (like shag carpets, for example).

I can confirm it works great on my carpet, mine is pretty flat, not very shaggy, for lack of clearer terms.

Yes it may have trouble going from hardwood to a rug but it can drive on carpet

I don’t think so, but a possible solution might be to put a piece of cardboard down on your carpet to race on.
