A:AnswerIt can be played on the nintendo switch lite. Note that it is a top down turn-based RPG like the old "WORMS" games. The joystick allows you to choose where you're going to run, and the A button tells the game who to attack or move. It works in all modes (TV, handheld, tabletop)
A:AnswerIf you own the physical cartridge, you can use it on both by simply putting the cartridge in the other Switch. However, for digital copies I believe you can only use it on one Nintendo account at a time and must go through a process to transfer it to another Nintendo account if you wish to move it which is a hassle and may be limited in how many times you can do it as well.
