If you have a my best buy.com account you should be able to link that to your gamers club card online and purchase games online with the discount. That works for me, I see the discount just when looking at the games.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you have to create an account using the email and phone number tied to your GCU. Once your account is made, sign in and any eligible items in your cart will show the GCU discount at checkout
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased my GCU online and had a similar problem. Give their customer service number a call and explain what is happening. At worst, they’ll give you a $30 credit to go in store and use on a GCU to fix it that way. That’s what they did for me. At best, they can fix it over the phone on your account. I think it takes 48-72 hrs for it to show up on your account after you purchase it.

If your membership is still active but you are not seeing the 20% percent discount, then it sounds like it's not linked to the My Best Buy accunt you are logged in with. You can call Best Buy support and they can sort it for you. Hope this helps!
