If you own the physical cartridge, you can use it on both by simply putting the cartridge in the other Switch. However, for digital copies I believe you can only use it on one Nintendo account at a time and must go through a process to transfer it to another Nintendo account if you wish to move it which is a hassle and may be limited in how many times you can do it as well.

Physical copy can be played on both but not at the same time. You would need 2 copies.

Maybe if you download the game, then it's yours I'm pretty sure you can do it that way
