I'm trying to preorder Mass effect: Andromeda deluxe for ps4. At checkout, it allows me to select a store for the game, but not for the free steel book. I've tried on 2 devices with no luck. Please help. null

The steel book came separately from the game. Even when shipped, it came in a different package. So you end out with the game like you would get off the shelf, and a steel book to transfer it all into.

I think they had limited stock on the steel book. If you're preorder wasn't received by a certain date you weren't guaranteed one. I ran into this same issue. You might be able to check your local store on release day but I would recommend putting down the minimum to preorder.
