- Answer Our compressor makes a high pitched noise that is constant when it is cooling, and it turns on to cool about 75-80% of the day. I can hear it from our bedroom. We are going to return it.

QuestionWhat is the hinges' depth? (My space's overhang is 26"d × 69¾"h. I want to know if this model can be flush with the back wall, or if the hinges will bump into the overhang. See image, with current fridge w/ removed hinges that bumped into the overhang.)

QuestionHow can we stop the door ajar alarm from going off when we don't have a door ajar anymore? Please help it's driving us crazy!

- Answer Hi Kat, the Door Ajar Alarm feature sounds an alarm when the refrigerator or freezer door is open for 5 minutes and the product cooling is turned on. The alarm will repeat every 2 minutes.
