On this model Washer if the cycle is in the spin the unit can take time to unlock the lid due to the drum has to come to a complete stop. We hope this information helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unlocks easily. To start , requires holding down the button for 10-15 seconds. It is difficult for me to hold down the pressure that long. The timing seems contrary to get it start.
