“We never got an operators manual n we cannot get the load off of deep fill loads It won’t let us do any other size load. It keeps prompting us to add garments before it will let us even start a load.”

The prompt usually appears when you start a load and it is telling you while it is on that you can if you want to add garments, once it goes off the door is locked until the cycle is complete and you cannot add anything more
