A:Answer Yes, I’ve had my units for about 1yr ( still new for a pair of major appliances). We wash a few loads over the weekend, so fairly light laundering. All of a sudden the fabric dispenser decided it was no longer going to dispense. I’ve tried everything, and Maytag doesn’t know how to fix this issue either ( I was quite shocked ). All they can say is it’s a design flaw! I’ve replaced the tubing, checked the water pressure, cleaned the entire housing for the detergent tray several times ( which wasn’t clogged or dirty to begin with), replaced the inlet valves( which weren’t dirty) and still have no fix! We have replaced items that’s otherwise look great because again these are fairly new. It seemed the moment I looked up the softener issue, there was all the true reviews. I wish I had seen those before we bought these because they would be still at the store. At this point, we still are unsure of what it could be. It’s very frustrating to me since we paid a nice penny for these! If anyone has a fix please do share!!
