QuestionDoes this model have a filter? Other washers have a small compartment at the bottom that opens up and you can clean the filter. I can’t find any place where the filter might be.

- Answer The manual on this machine does indicate a pump filter. The access is miserable and requires removal of rear panel or removal of front panel. Both are tough and some recommend as often as monthly.

- Answer When you purchase at Best Buy, make sure to mention that you want to stack them. The kit also includes a different dryer wall connection for lint since it is being mounted on top the washer.

- Answer left side when facing the washer. So far as I know, cannot be switched to other side because of lock/release switch.

QuestionDoes the "Soak" cycle on the washer dispense anything? Does it have an option to add bleach to a "soak" cycle? This is assuming the soak cycle water stays in the washer, and when I run a regular wash cycle -- it will include the bleach from the soak.

QuestionOur newly purchased washer Model MHW6630HC is not working. It will power on and it will lock and unlock the buttons, however, the display does not show any numbers and the nob does not change that. How is that fixed?

QuestionHow does the pre-wash settings get set on the controls? Does the rubber gasket around the door ever gets bad and can it be replaced if it does?

QuestionDoes this machine recirculate water which runs over the inside of the door intermittently during the cycles? What I mean is the entire door and rubber seal get rised directly by soap/water mult. times versus just getting splashed OR rinsed once a cycle.
