When I turn on my washer all the lights remain on. When i try to turn the knob and choose a cycle or temperature ect. I cannot tell what I am choosing because all the lights are on. Can someone explain to me why? Is it a sensor issue or what? null

I would be calling Maytag repair man is not supposed to work like this you’re supposed to be able to choose your cycles

Sounds like your control board is bad. Hopefully it’s still in warranty.

Try resetting it by unplugging it for 30 seconds then wait 30 seconds and try it
