How do you pause the wash or rinse cycle without turning off the machine? null

Just hold the start button for a couple seconds and it will pause. Then hold again to start back up where it left off.

It doesn’t start from there though… it just starts all over from the beginning again and when you’re trying to conserve water this is a frustrating and a tiny bit of a frightening thing

Simply touch the button on the bottom right and the machine will stop but not turn off. To resume, touch the button again.

The start button looks like the play and pause of any music/dvd player. 
The start button is the same for pause just press it again, to restart your current wash just hold the start button again to resume.
