Your answer contradicts the information given on your SPECIFICATIONS page under FEATURES-Propane (LP) Convertible and your chart states NO. Please research and help me with the correct answer. This is a perfect example for the need for direct contact (phone accessibility). I have this set being delivered this Tuesday, and may have to retire because of incorrect information.

Hi BDBB, we don't recommend using this unit without the steam feature. Model MGD5630HW is also a gas dryer that can be converted without the steam feature.
