If you buy laundry pedestals for existing washer and dryer will Best buy install them when they deliver them?

I purchased my washer and dryer from Lowe’s in April 2024 and due to those being out of stock for several weeks, I purchased my pedestals from Best Buy and weeks later paid for the Installation Service. Wait there is more… the installers were a third party company, Top Notch. The day after the install my washing machine door was visibly shaking which resulted in a loud noise that could be heard on the other side of the home. Upon stopping the machine the rubber gasket was all mangled on one side. Best Buy has been giving me the run around since June 23. I finally have someone from their Insurance Company working a claim for the damage that told me I had to get a quote. It’s been a month and Now I’m being asked for a Diagnostic Report. My brand new pedal is still attached to the damaged washing machine and of course since it’s been nearly three months, I have purchased another machine. I had no choice. Beware of the installers Top Notch. As for Best Buy, I don’t plan to ever shop there again. This is wrong as I feel they are using a stall tactic instead of being accountable for the damages.
