This device does not send audio to your iPhone - your iPhone is itself a Bluetooth transmitter, and generally, you cannot connect a transmitter to another transmitter. Instead, this device is capable of either 1) receiving audio from your phone, or 2) sending audio to your Bluetooth headphones.
