• The volume control is on your wireless headset. So the TV and the wireless headset can be at two different volumes. It is not on that little piece that connects to your wireless headset you work your volume through your headset

• Yes there are volume controls! I found that once you connect the device and turn the volume to the max and forget doing adjustments on the device. You should use the TV or any item that you’re connected too!
