Yes, but ultimately this depends on whether or not your TV has an optical output. Most TVs with an optical output will simultaneously output to both the TV speakers and the optical output, so you would plug our device into the optical output to get audio to both the TV speakers and your Bluetooth headphones at the same time. Some TVs will also allow this when you use an analog audio connection such as the red/white RCA ports, which our device also supports, but if your TV only has this connection type we recommend checking the user manual of your TV to see if it will allow you to use these AND the TV speakers at the same time.
