Pleasantly surprised! I been using Sony's Wireless (not Bluetooth) headphone set to watch TV due to an opened concept (Dueling TVs) house design and they were okay until the ear pieces start to all apart. I purchase MEE Audio Bluetooth transmitter and they provide a much better listening experience. I used them with my Bluetooth over the ear headphones and the sound is crystal clear and have decent range if you go downstairs to the kitchen etc.. The set up was easy and it pairs with my earphone everytime. I am happy with my purchase.

Looking for a wireless headset for watching TV late at night. Most big name brands were over or ridiculously priced. I didn't want to spend more on wireless sound than I paid for my TV or Soundbar. I told this to the salesguy and he turned me onto this GEM! Easy to understand installation instructions, By far the easiest setup and use of this product. I rate (in my mind) electronic equipment on how easy it is to tell my 87yo dad in Vegas how to set up any new equipment. He would have no problem with this hook up. Connects two sets of headphones at a time, if needed. Stores up to 8 headset memories and it's small size fits anywhere. I would recommend this product without hesitation!

I have an outdoor TV and I love watching TV outside while I’m either cooking or smoking meat. If I’m smoking a pork butt, beef ribs or a brisket, I will watch TV late into the night. Doing this may cause my neighbors to get upset and I have fantastic neighbors. I searched for a few weeks trying to find earbuds or headphones that will sync to my Fire TV. Until I stumbled upon the MEE audio transmitter. This unit is the perfect size for any TV. It’s about the size of a pack of Post-it notes. Runs off the USB connection on the back of your TV, most transmitters are twice the size and need a separate power supply. It took less than five minutes to install and pair my earbuds. Now I can watch TV into the wee hours of the night and keep my neighbors and wife happy. Win, win!!

I wanted to transmit stereo sound from a Roku TV on the patio to a stereo receiver powering two big 8 inch full range outdoor rock speakers. This works great! My Zone 2 stereo is inside the house and connects to the TV on the patio via Bluetooth using this MEE audio transmitter. It can get very loud if I want it to and it's great for music or streaming TV and movies. Better lows than a soundbar and far better than the stock TV speakers!

Was told by LG support the 4K Smart Tv I wanted to order already had Bluetooth. Ordered the TV and when I can I’m saw that it didn’t have it. Went to Best Buy in Bossier City and the gentleman that worked in the TV area told me what I needed to hook up up Bluetooth LG headphone to my LG TV and said all I would have to do it plug it into the tv and the power cord into the wall and turn it on. I have never bought anything that did exactly what the directions said, except that night when I did exactly what he said. In my headphones I heard “connected” and the sound from the tv was playing in my ears. I was blown away that there are things out there that are really simple to set up and use. I love this Bluetooth transmitter and am glad that the Best Buy gentleman who works in the tv are in Bossier City suggested it to me

I purchased a Samsung TV last year and was spoiled because it has all the bells and whistles Bluetooth audio, 4K, HDR, etc. I have two other 4K televisions that were purchased when 4K first came out. I really wanted Bluetooth audio for watching TV & Movies and games so I could fully immerse myself in the content I enjoy. This transmitter provided all the necessary cables such as optical, mono (red & white) to 3.5 mm adapter, 3.5 mm cable and usb micro cable to charge the device it runs off a battery or can be plugged in. My TV would not let me route audio through mono, I have a sound bar that is using the optical connection so I used the Roku 4 to output the audio using the provided toslink cable and it works flawlessly. I went and purchased a velcro adhesive strip and attached it to the back of the TV and I left the usb cable plugged in so it would always have power and not have to run off of the battery. TL;DR Pros: - Small form factor - All cables are included - Affordable - Has an on and off switch - Bluetooth 4.0 - Supports A2DP if that matters to you - Can pair two headphones to the transmitter - Cheaper alternative to buying a newer TV Cons: - Have yet to find one

This little gadget is very nice. I have to use portable AC units in my bedroom, as my rental home does not have central air. I have an older Sony Bravia TV which does not have built-in bluetooth. When I go to bed, I like to watch Jimmy Fallon, but I can't hear the TV while while the AC unit is running because it's too loud. I bought a little Bose SoundLink Micro speaker and it works wonderfully! The bluetooth was so easy to set-up and lay it in the bed with me and it is in sync with the voice and works well. I also can walk around a 2-story house in the morning, carrying my speaker while I get ready for work and I can hear the news very clearly. If you need to connect to bluetooth with a older TV, or whatever, this will do the job.

My TV did not have Bluetooth, so wireless headsets could not be used. I needed a headset with a wire which is most inconvenient. Does not need a separate power transformer and I plugged directly into a DISH Hopper 3 using the optical output and everything worked Great. Now I don't disturb the wife and she can watch her programs and I can watch mine.

Came with all cables supported.. including the digital optical cable. I have my existing HDTV's RCA Audio Output going to my 6 speaker surround sound system. I was thinking I'd have to buy an RCA Y splitter for a Bluetooth device and then this baby supports digital optical output. My HDTV has the digital optical jack that has never been used (55" 'plain' HDTV Visio bought 10 yrs ago!!) I plugged each digital optical jack into each side (see the two pix) - never done it before in my life.. Both sides presented an audible click to confirm connection.. (cool!) I powered it up the MEE with a plain USB power thingy and turned on my Shure SE535 in pairing mode. It took two power cycles of both to get them to connect.. not bad, considering no UI. I turned on the TV and watched (and LISTENED TO) a Chuck Barris Gong Show DVD and enjoyed Gene Gene the Dancing Machine and his music through my high quality Shure 535s. Too bad audio quality of the recording was 1990s TV show and was recorded on VHS then xfr'd to DVD and bought on eBay.. D'ohh! But the poor sourced audio came in just fine and I can now watch TV at 2 and 3 am and not disturb my apt neighbors! Whoo hoo :-)

Small but powerful & inexpensive Bluetooth transmitter we purchased to connect our RV bedroom TV to the back wall of our bedroom. Easy setup, plenty of cables included for any type of connection available on your TV. Recommend this highly.

It is so good to watch television without bothering anybody in the house. Works fantastic! If your own Bluetooth headphone there’s no reason for you not to have one.

Initially unit paired with only one of two identical Bluetooth headphones. After multiple attempts, unit finally paired with second headphone. After two weeks, unit dropped one of the headphones again and will not connect. Suspect headphone connects no problem with my iPhone 7 so I may have to return to Best Buy for replacement.

Small and powerful just great advice , perfect to get some noise in private .

I purchased this device upon the word of the geek squad. I debated a couple of days watching You tube videos on connecting the device to the new Sony TV, I went ahead and purchased it, took it home and was amazed how easy it was to hook up to the TV and even easier to connect my over-the-ears headphones. I watched regular cable for a while then switched to Netflix. I never head any lag in sound, pops or any other disturbance. So this morning I went and purchased earbuds and connected it to the device. Connecting a second pair of headphones was a easy as the first pair. With this device you can have two headphones (or earbuds) connected at the same time. Its nice that one person can turn their headphones up on sound and the other set may want to listen at a lower level. I have the Monster - Power Gold 600 6-Outlet/2-USB Surge Protector and I connected the USB cord for the Mee power connection in the surge protector. If you use the USB port in your TV it will not keep this device charging while the TV is turned off, it only charges when it is on. The device is small so it won't take up room. One reviewer purchased Velcro and placed it on the back of his TV. I personally have a TV stand for I don't have any issue with room. This is worth the making the plunge to purchase it. I watch TV in the bedroom at night when my husband is watching our 82" with sound bar in the living room. I couldn't be happier. I have included the headset and earbuds that I purchased on the advice of my daughter and glad I did. Thanks Geek Squad for your advice.
