• Don't own Bose SoundWear. The answer will lie in the encoding latency regardless. Look for the Qualcomm "AptX" low latency chip set. Some early chip issues were ~2ms...more recent chips are less. For TV viewing- 2ms won't be noticed. For gamers...some people assert they see it still. Low Energy (LE) is the other BT transmission impedance. Block size and management between BT 4x and 5x is improving but, you'll still need AptX.

• It should however the pair of Bose BT ear phones were defective out of the box.
