“My TV has 1 optical connection & it is already connected to soundbar, but the soundbar has an Aux in connection. Can I connect Mee to Aux in soundbar & still be able to connect 2 headphs via BT? Want soundbar+headphs. Or will it only work w/TV optical?”

It should work OK. Also, check your TV for the regular (non digital optical) audio out plug. You then have to mute the sound on the TV, which would mute the soundbar. Good luck.
