The first step to troubleshooting this would be to check that the headphones are still paired with the transmitter (the solid blue light is visible on the transmitter after you power on your headphones). If a solid blue light comes on when you power on your headphones, that means you still have a connection. In this case it is most likely an issue with the physical cable connection between this device and the TV - maybe the cable has become loose or was damaged. If there is no blue light on the transmitter when you power on your headphones, it could be a power issue - make sure there is a green light on the back of the transmitter and that the power switch is in the "on" position. If the transmitter is powered on, then you will likely have to create a new Bluetooth pairing between the transmitter and the headphones via the same process as when you originally paired them.
