• No. A Bluetooth transceiver is included. It plugs into either the TV headphone jack, RCA plugs, or optical. The Bluetooth transceiver and the headphone both require periodic charging.

• No, your television is not required to have built in Bluetooth to use this product. The headset comes with a Bluetooth transmitter and the headphones themselves are a Bluetooth receiver. You’ll have to have a means of connecting the audio from your video source to the Bluetooth transmitter such as an audio output directly from your television and or video source. The transmitter supports optical & 3.5 stereo mini audio inputs and comes with a variety of audio cables to support said connections.
