A: Yes if you need the TV louder than your wife does these will do the trick. That's why we bought them and my ears appreciate it, I can turn the volume to my level or I can completely mute the TV so I don't have to even hear it and he gets volume adequate for him.
Q: Does the tv need to have built in Bluetooth to use this?
A: No. A Bluetooth transceiver is included. It plugs into either the TV headphone jack, RCA plugs, or optical. The Bluetooth transceiver and the headphone both require periodic charging.
Q: I have the MEE the right ear bud volume is barely working but the left is fine. Any suggestions?
A: I clean my earbuds regularly with a Qtip and a little alcohol. If that doesn’t help, call them. I’ve had one experience with their customer service and it was great.
Q: how many hours will I get from the fully charged headphones?
A: My mom gets about 18 hours of use from her’s.
Q: does this need pairing , if so ,each time used?
A: No it does not. I leave the base plugged in and just turn the headset on and off. Very quick.
A: It seems to keep the unit at a even level. But the headset can easily lower the volume.
Q: Can you turn up the volume and not disturb others in the room?
A: Definitely, being in-ear speakers have that benefit.

A: Yes, you can use two headsets on one transmitter. I haven’t tried it pass about 20 feet or so, but is was very clear at that distance.
