“Does this come with a charger for the headphones and how do they charge”

• it charges via USB port that you have plugged into the TV. TV must be on to charge. Any USB works so you could charge it from an outlet. Has a good use time of about 8 hours per charges.

• Yes it does come with a 3 inches charger cable. (Plug and charge like any other cordless head phones.) You can pair 2 bluetooth earbuds/earphones to the transmitter.
