the full 3 pack yes, you could use those separately. The 1 eero 2 beacons however you cannot.

The smaller devices which plug directly into a wall outlet are basically repeaters/extenders. These must be paired with the larger eero to work. You can use the large unit with one or more smaller units but the smaller, plug in units are not stand-alone devices. They must pair with the larger eero to work.
