While 23 Mbps is relatively slow these days, it can work for streaming some devices. Two or three big-users at the same time may still be an issue. It would depend on the layout of your house, and the relative locations of the three devices. The key is the placement of the beacons so that they help satisfy everyone's needs. All you can do is try. If it doesn't work, send it back. The reason Eero exists is to eliminate, or drastically reduce the signal-loss. In my case, it does an excellent job of maintaining 115 Mbps throughout the house, and garage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it would. Because each node can house the devices nearest to them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on your plans total bandwidth. This system allowed for me to have max speed throughout my whole house. Prior to, I was only getting 25 megs on WiFi on a 100 meg plan, I have Armstrong Zoom, now I get 90 to 100 mbs throughout my home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you perform the speed test over wifi or were you connected directly into the modem, bypassing your router? The best way to get your true speed is wired connection directly into the modem. Second best speed test method would wired connection into your router (if you have one) which should be connected to the modem. Wifi connection is the least reliable method for a speed test. If you see similar speeds at the modem, the Eero or any router for that matter, will not help your situation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. After installation our Comcast/Xfinity increased sped increased from 50 Mbps. We use the Speedtest app and the download nearly doubled. We installed the booster/relays and we now have a strong internet connection on all 3 levels of our home. We have 2 smart phones, 2 tablets, 1 Smart TV, an iMac and a Pc all on the same network and have noticed a huge increase in speed. This product was recommended by an internet and communications engineer and we are very happy with it.
