Of course if they don’t say you should never wear these while driving aka "distracted driving" then its probably going to put them in a position of liability from anyone getting into a car accident who owns them. Just be smart and reasonable and don't do anything crazy with them while driving. I would think that using them for Navigation while driving would be reasonable.
